²² And after He had ^(A)removed him, He raised up David to be their king, about whom He also said, bearing witness, ‘^(B)I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My heart, who will do all My ^[a]will.’ ^23 (C)From the seed of this man, ^(D)according to promise, God has brought to Israel ^(E)a Savior, Jesus, ²⁴ after ^(F)John had preached before ^[b]His coming a ^(G)baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.
